Embodiments of the present application provide channel information feedback methods, transmitting end devices, and receiving end devices, wherein online scenario migration training is separately performed on an encoding network of a transmitting end and a decoding network of a receiving end. A channel information feedback method comprises: a transmitting end device performing channel scenario migration training, according to a first channel dataset and a second channel dataset, on a first encoding network deployed on the transmitting end device to obtain a second encoding network, wherein the first channel dataset comprises channel data in a first channel scenario, the second channel dataset comprises channel data in a second channel scenario, the first encoding network is obtained by training on the basis of the first channel dataset, the first encoding network is adapted to the first channel scenario, and the second encoding network is adapted to the first channel scenario and the second channel scenario; the transmitting end device encoding target channel data by means of the second encoding network to obtain a target bit stream; and the transmitting end device transmitting the target bit stream to a receiving end device.
