Description:
CHANNEL MOUNTING CLIP

Technological Field:

The present invention relates to a channel mounting clip which can be used to secure ventilation ducts in the ventilation and air conditioning sector.

Known State of the Technology:

Nowadays, as a result of the increase in population and the increase of indoor spaces in cities, the need for ventilation and air conditioning systems is increasing as well. The problem with ventilation in public living areas is solved by central air-conditioning systems. Ventilation ducts are of great importance for the efficient operation of these systems.

Various systems have been developed to produce channels of certain dimensions used in ventilation-air conditioning systems. Through these systems, rectangular, square and round air ducts are produced and ventilation systems are installed according to the needs. Different methods are used to form duct systems by combining air ducts. These methods are: S lock and slide system, flip flanged channels and self-flanged channels. In the production of conventional flange flanged air ducts, firstly the sheet is made into a channel by bending it, then the flanges are produced according to the edge lengths of the channel and the flanged air ducts are ready to be mounted to each other by manually inserting them at the joints of the channels during the assembly of the system.

Nowadays, the installation of square ventilation ducts is done with clips. Production steps of commercially available clips are processed using two or three different machines. Most of the semi-products that are extruded are transferred to another machine and guided. This process causes extra time to be spent. It also poses a disadvantage in terms of cost and time. Patent application TR201303381 describes a "connection clip". The invention relates to plastics, metals and a like to connection clip for releasable connecting the two parts to one another.

In innovation; at least two retaining walls mutually positioned so as to accommodate the first part, with at least one wing configured around the retaining walls so that at least one fixing tab configured to contact the first part disposed between said retaining walls, at least one fixing projection provided in connection therewith.

In the above-mentioned patent application, a connection clip is described. The described product is used in fixing parts of low-strength parts in major appliancees and automotive sectors. It is not possible to use metal and metal derivatives for fixing parts.

As a result, there is a need for a new technology with high resistance, high production time, high fixing performance and low cost.

Definition of the Invention:

The present invention is a channel mounting clip capable of overcoming the aforementioned drawbacks. It is a new technology with high resistance, low production time, high fixing performance and low cost.

The product according to the invention has a high strength with its design and production method. Bending and twisting are minimized with the wedges added to the comers of the product of the present invention. High stabilization is achieved with the tie pieces added to the product of the present invention. Fixation of the fixing curvature of the product according to the invention with the second part of the ventilation channel fixation is made in a better way.

The product of the present invention provides for a better fixation of the square ventilation ducts with each other. The product according to the invention has a high production and design speed. The product of the present invention is cost-effective with its design. For the applicant's application model TR201603975, the“duct assembly clip production machine” is described. The present invention relates to a duct assembly clip manufacturing machine; drive group, drive, guide, alignment, holder, hammer, piston 1, stabilizer, connection group, mold group, fittings 1, mold, blade, fittings 2, pusher, tapping, piston 2, support part, eccentric press, inverter and roll opener.

In the utility application described above, a fixing clip is described. The products of the invention, which has been identified by the applicant and whose advantages have been increased, have been revealed.

Because of the easy fixing of the components forming the invention, it is easy to install and the costs are low due to the short installation time. The invention also has a robust structure. Description of Drawings :

Description of the Invention: The invention preferably consists of at least one tie piece (2) positioned at the inner side of the pressure screw hole (1) and the fixing curve (3) positioned parallel to the axis of the pressure screw hole (1) (Figure-l, Figure-2, Figure-3, Figure-6, Figure-7).

The product of the present invention has at least one tie piece (2) formed in the interior of the body by being crushed and / or cut in the mold and / or by being pounded and / or bent. The product according to the invention is preferably DKP, stainless steel, galvanized sheet.

The invention has a fixing curve (3) formed in contact with the second portion (4.2). The product according to the invention consists of the tie piece (2) positioned at the comers to increase the strength of the surfaces which are perpendicular to each other by 90 degrees (Figure-4). Detailed Description of the Invention:

The components of the invention are basically; the pressure screw hole (1), the tie piece (2), the fixing curve (3) and the ventilation channel (4) (Figure- 1, Figure-2, Figure-4,

Figure-5).

The pressure screw hole (1) is positioned on the upper base of the product of the present invention. There are two tie pieces (2) in the comer closest to the printing screw hole (1). There is a fixing curve (3) located at the end of the lower base in the product of the present invention. The outer surfaces of the two ventilation channels (4) are positioned to contact each other. The fixing curve (3) located on the clip (K) is positioned on the lower side of the ventilation channel (4), and the pressure screw hole (1) is positioned corresponding to the protrusion (4.3) of the upper ventilation duct (4). (Figure-3, Figure-4)

The fixing curve (3) corresponds to the second part (4.2) of the lower ventilation channel (4). The pressure screw (B) in the pressure screw hole (1) is rotated by turning. The advancing pressure screw (B) presses against the protrusion (4.3) of the upper ventilation channel(4), in contact with the outside of its center (Figure-2, Figure-6, Figure-7). Thus, it is ensured that the two ventilation channels (4 )are fixed together. At the same time, the fixing curve (3) presses the second part (4.2) of the ventilation duct (4) at the bottom (Figure-6, Figure-7).
