Provided are a channel transmission method and a related device. The channel transmission method comprises: when resources occupied by associated uplink channels overlap, one of the associated uplink channels can be sent; when resources occupied by unassociated uplink channels overlap, at least one of the unassociated uplink channels can be sent; and when the resources occupied by the associated uplink channels overlap, and the resources occupied by the unassociated uplink channels also overlap, an uplink channel that is finally sent can be determined on the basis of the two solutions. Therefore, the embodiments of the present application can realize coordinated multi-point transmission, and when resources occupied by uplink channels overlap, the sending of at least one uplink channel is beneficial for preventing the waste of transmission resources caused by none of the overlapped uplink channels being able to be sent.
