Abstract:
There is provided a charge-preventing optical film having at least one side having a charge-preventing layer. The film has an excellent charge-preventing effect and a high light transmittance. Moreover, there is provided a charge-preventing adhesive optical film which has, in addition to the aforementioned effects, the adhesive effect which is scarcely lost and preferable reworkable effect. The charge-preventing optical film has at least one side having a charge-preventing layer. The surface of the optical film of the side where the charge-preventing layer is superimposed has been subjected to rubbing and the conductive polymers in the charge-preventing layer are orientated.
