The charge sensor according to this disclosure includes quantum dots (1), one end of which is connected via a first tunnel junction (2a) to an input terminal (3) and the other end of which is connected via a second tunnel junction (2b) to an output terminal (4), and an inductor (5) connected in parallel with the quantum dots (1).
