Abstract:
This phase detection circuit is provided with a first phase shifter (2) into which an input signal for a phase shifter to be measured is distributed and input, a phase shift control unit (10) that switches phase shift settings of the phase shifter to be measured and the first phase shifter to a plurality of states, a phase error detection unit (8) that detects an error in a phase difference between two states of the first phase shifter that has been switched, and a signal processing circuit (9) that detects a phase shift amount of the phase shifter to be measured, by using the detected error of the phase difference.
