Title:
CHARGE TRANSPORT MATERIAL HAVING AN INCREASED GLASS TRANSITION TEMPERATURE AND THE USE OF SAID MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2001056091
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a (hole) charge transport material that has an increased glass solidification temperature and is based upon a compound with the structural unit N-A-N (A = pre-determined phenylene group). Monocyclic, polycyclic and/or condensed aromatic ring groups are bound to the free valences of the two N atoms pertaining to the structural unit. Said ring groups are pre-determined independently from each other. Two of the structural units of the kind can be connected to one another by means of at least one particular bivalent ring group of the aforementioned type. Corresponding materials are provided, especially for organic electro-luminescent devices.
