A charging information management server (121) manages the information of a battery mounted on a vehicle running using the power of the battery. The charging information management server (121) obtains the information and current location of a charging requesting vehicle (101) needed to be charged and the information and current location of a power accessible vehicle (111) capable of supplying power to the charging requesting vehicle (101). Based on the current locations of the charging requesting vehicle (101) and the power accessible vehicle (111) and cruising distance information from among the information of the charging requesting vehicle (101), a searching means searches for a meeting point where the charging requesting vehicle (101) and the power accessible vehicle (111) meet each other and power is supplied. The meeting point searched by the searching means is then notified to terminals mounted on the charging requesting vehicle (101) and the power accessible vehicle (111).
