Abstract:
A chatbot management device which manages a bot to be stored in a primary storage unit in a chat system, said device comprising: an acquisition unit which acquires chat scenario information wherein operations of bots are described; a metadata generation unit which, on the basis of the chat scenario information for each bot, generates metadata constituted by information with which a it can be determined whether it is necessary for a bot stored in a secondary storage unit to be cached in the primary storage unit and which includes a condition under which the bot is executed; a cache policy generation unit which, on the basis of the metadata, generates a cache policy which indicates whether to cache each bot in the primary storage unit; and a cache execution unit which, on the basis of the cache policy, executes either the caching of each bot in the primary storage unit or deletion of each bot from the primary storage unit.
