Abstract:
The present invention relates to a synthesis method of diphenyl chlorophosphate, comprising the following steps: taking a certain amount of organic ammonia as a catalyst, mixing a certain amount of diphenyl phosphate or diphenyl phosphate salt or mixing both at any proportion, and then reacting with a certain amount of bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate ester in an organic solvent for 1-10 h at the reaction temperature of 0-60°C, the diphenyl phosphate salt being sodium diphenyl phosphate or potassium diphenyl phosphate; cooling, washing and drying a product after the reaction in step 1); performing normal-pressure or reduced-pressure recovery of solvent; and cooling and filtering out insoluble substances to obtain diphenyl chlorophosphate. The present invention is simple in process line, mild in reaction conditions, low in after-treatment energy consumption, low in production cost, and high in product yield and quality, and does not require high-vacuum and high-temperature distillation, and avoids the problem of generating much phosphorous-containing wastewater and solid waste at the same time.
