Abstract:
A chip element which provides a resistance value and an inductance value as designed, even in a high-frequency band of GHz. The board of the chip element is formed of a resin material having a dielectric constant of 4 or less, low dielectric loss and excellent heat characteristics. Thus, parasitic capacity of the chip element is reduced and the above-mentioned purposes are achieved.
