Abstract:
The present application provides a Chrome webpage and terminal software communication method and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when detecting a local program connection request of a user page, start a local EXE process by means of a first extension script inserted in a Chrome webpage; the user page calls a local method interface in the Chrome webpage, and sends a local method interface stream to the local EXE process by means of the first extension script; the EXE process returns a message stream executed by the local method to the Chrome webpage, and the Chrome webpage sends a local method response message corresponding to the message stream to a second extension script inserted in the Chrome webpage. According to the present application, the extension scripts serve as communication bridges between a Chrome browser and an external process, and a customizing method and a callback communication protocol are used, so that the Chrome page can remotely call an external binary code.
