Abstract:
Disclosed is a chromium-free passivator for an aluminum product, consisting of the following materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of silane coupling agent, 15-25 parts of polyaluminum silicate, 10-12 parts of nano-zirconium oxide, 5-10 parts of nano-titanium dioxide, 2-8 parts of disodium EDTA, 1-5 parts of metasilicic acid, and 40-50 parts of deionized water. By means of the provided chromium-free passivator for an aluminum product, for a chromium-free passivation film of a processed aluminum product, the adhesion performance for an aluminum substrate and a spray-on coating and the corrosion resistance are significantly improved.
