Title:
CIRCUIT MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/146678
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The occurrence of inrush currents is precluded with reliability.  In order to accomplish this, there are included to-be-controlled circuits (22a, 22b) that start their operations when a power supply voltage reaches a target value; a current sink circuit (26) that consumes a current (I6) supplied thereto; and a power supply activation control part (27).  The power supply activation control part (27) increases, at a given rate, the current flowing through the current sink circuit (26) before the to-be-controlled circuits (22a, 22b) start their operations.  When the amount of the current flowing through the current sink circuit (26) becomes equal to the amount of a current that increases because the to-be-controlled circuits (22a, 22b) start their operations because the power supply voltage reaches the target value, the power supply activation control part (27) causes the to-be-controlled circuits (22a, 22b) to start their operations and cuts off the supply of the current to the current sink circuit (26) at the same time.
