Abstract:
Diodes (D1, D2) are connected between the sources and the back gates of P-channel MOSFETs (Tr11, Tr12) with their cathode connected to the respective back gates, so that overcurrent does not flow to the transistors (Tr11, Tr12) when the voltage (VDD1) to the input terminal (1) is lower than the voltage (VDD2) to the input terminal (2).
