Abstract:
A circulation cooling device for a composite foot mat production workshop, comprising a frame. The frame is provided with an annular track system; the annular track system comprises an annular track, and the annular track is provided with a group of bearing sliding seats that can be driven by an electric driving device to slide along the annular track; a foot mat placement plate is suspended on each of the bearing sliding seats; groups of ventilation holes are provided on the foot mat placement plate, and correspondingly, an air collection pocket having an opening facing a movement direction of the foot mat placement plate when the annular track system runs is provided on the lower side of the foot mat placement plate, and a group of ventilation grooves for preventing the ventilation holes from being blocked after a foot mat is placed on the foot mat placement plate is provided on the upper surface of the foot mat placement plate. The annular track system drives the foot mat to move along the annular track, and the composite foot mat is cooled and shaped and then collected, such that the product is prevented from being extruded and deformed. In addition, in the present invention, the foot mat placement plate is provided with a specific air guide structure, such that the foot mat cooling speed is high. The present invention further provides a method for collecting a composite foot mat.
