Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a user-comment-based data processing method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: when a crawling instruction is detected, controlling the acquisition of after-sales comment information of a product on each e-commerce platform; performing semantic analysis on the acquired after-sales comment information on the basis of a preset degree-of-praise keyword, so as to obtain comprehensive evaluation feedback corresponding to the product; and according to the comprehensive evaluation feedback corresponding to the product, establishing a degree-of-praise analysis chart corresponding to the product, and then outputting same. The present invention aims to solve the problem in the prior art of there being no scheme in which text evaluation content of all users in a commodity link can be automatically extracted and analyzed, and the statistics on analysis results thereof is compiled so as to formulate a data chart capable of truly reflecting the advantages and disadvantages of a commodity in all aspects. Therefore, real and intuitive commodity evaluation data is provided for a buyer, and efficient and accurate user feedback data is provided for a commodity manufacturer.
