Abstract:
Disclosed is a clamp for machine tool machining with a conveniently adjustable size. The clamp for machine tool machining comprises a base and an electric push rod, wherein a first adjustment frame is arranged above the front side of the right end of the base in a fitted manner; a second adjustment frame is arranged below of the front side of the right end of the base in a fitted manner; a first movable plate is rotatably connected to the front side wall of the first adjustment frame; a mounting seat is mounted at the connection point of a second movable plate and the first movable plate; adjustment blocks are respectively connected to an inner side of the first adjustment frame and an inner side of the second adjustment frame in a sliding manner; baffle plates are arranged on side walls of clamping grooves; a movable column is slidably connected to an inner side of each adjustment block; and a second reset spring is sleeved outside the movable column. By means of the clamp for machine tool machining with a conveniently adjustable size, rapid adjustment and positioning of the clamping size are achieved, such that workpieces of different specifications can be clamped and fixed; and in addition, the problem of the clamp having a single fixing manner is solved, such that the clamp for machine tool machining is suitable for clamping workpieces of different shapes, such as pipe fittings or block fittings.
