Abstract:
A clamping device for a forging press, comprising a forging press body (1). A mounting groove (2) is provided on an upper surface of the forging press body, two internally hollow threaded columns (3) are rotatably connected to an inner bottom wall of the mounting groove by means of bearings, threaded rods (4) are threadedly connected to the interiors of the two threaded columns, triangular blocks (5) are fixedly connected to top ends of the two threaded rods, connecting telescopic rods (6) are fixedly connected to a left side wall and a right side wall inside the mounting groove, and wedge blocks (7) are fixedly connected to opposite sides of the two connecting telescopic rods. In the clamping device for the forging press, by means of providing a drive motor (12), while a material is clamped, the drive motor drives a gear (21) to rotate by means of a first bevel gear (17) and a second bevel gear (22), the gear drives a rack (19) to lift, and the rack drives a support plate (23) to lift, so that the problem of deformation of the material due to high temperature during forging, causing the material to fall down due to unstable holding is solved, and the effect of supporting the material is achieved.
