Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are clasp members, a clasp member row movement apparatus, an ingredient tearing apparatus, a tearing device, and a method; by means of cooperative operation between a modular raising and lowering apparatus, an automatic ingredient adding robotic manipulator, a raw ingredient meat shred shaping module, a raw ingredient meat tearing apparatus, and a plant protein meat raw ingredient conveying apparatus, meat processing is thus implemented, where a plant protein meat raw ingredient is separated without destroying the fiber structure of shredded proteins. Also, the raw ingredient meat shreds and an auxiliary ingredient are further mixed and processed into a plant protein meat of a specific shape.
