Abstract:
Provided is a cleaning liquid that can remove even white ink after being fixed and that can improve discharge malfunction of an ink-jet printer. This cleaning liquid contains a first surfactant, a second surfactant, and a basic compound. The first surfactant is an amphoteric surfactant. The second surfactant is an anionic surfactant that is a sulfonic acid salt and/or a nonionic surfactant that has a branch structure and has an HLB of 7-14.
