Abstract:
A cleaning and lubrication apparatus for fan blades of an aircraft engine, comprising a blade storage trolley and a cleaning and lubrication apparatus body, the blade storage trolley comprising a blade loading and unloading station, a blade storage device and a positioning device; and the cleaning and lubrication apparatus body comprising a cleaning and lubrication device, a mechanical cleaning station, an ultrasonic cleaning station and a lubrication station. A conventional manual mode for cleaning and lubricating engine fan blades has disadvantages of high labor intensity, poor cleaning effect, nonuniform lubrication, and damage caused by cleaning and lubricating solvents on human body health; and at present, there is no inventive apparatus that can replace manual cleaning and lubrication of fan blades of an aircraft engine. According to the present cleaning and lubrication apparatus for fan blades of an aircraft engine, a structural design of a cleaning and lubrication apparatus for fan blades of an aircraft engine is realized, and cleaning and lubrication of fan blades of an engine can be stably and efficiently completed.
