Abstract:
A cleaning roller device, comprising a pair of roller sets, i.e., adsorbing rollers (2, 5) rolled pressingly against a cleaned plate (W) and adhesive rollers (3, 6) rolled pressingly against the adsorbing rollers, the pair of roller sets further comprising two sets of roller sets positioned on upper and lower sides, i.e., upper roller sets (4) and lower roller sets (7), wherein these two sets of roller sets (4, 7) are pivotally supported on a movable frame body (8) vertically movable relative to a frame (1), and either of the two sets of roller sets (4, 7) takes an operating state at the specified vertical position of the movable frame body (8), whereby, since the adhesive rollers (3, 6) which must be replaced can be replaced without stopping the operation of the device or merely by taking a very short stop time, the efficiency of the replacement operation can be increased.
