Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a cleaning system, comprising a surface cleaning device and a base station. The surface cleaning device is used for cleaning a surface to be cleaned and comprises a dust cup assembly, the dust cup assembly comprising a dust collection chamber and a dust outlet. The base station is used for being docked with at least part of the surface cleaning device. The base station comprises a dust collection cavity and a suction motor, the suction motor being used for generating a suction air flow so as to transfer dirt in the dust collection chamber into the dust collection cavity via the dust outlet after the dust cup assembly is docked with the base station. A cover body used for closing and opening the dust outlet is arranged at the dust outlet. When being at a closing position for closing the dust outlet, the cover body comprises a locked state and an openable state. The dust cup assembly further comprises a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism comprising a first locking member and a second locking member. The first locking member is configured to allow the cover body to be switched between the locked state and the openable state. The second locking member is configured to keep the cover body in the openable state when the cover body is at the closing position and the first locking member is at an unlocking position.
