Abstract:
Disclosed is a cleaning-type pneumatic conveying shield. The cleaning-type pneumatic conveying shield comprises a shield body (1) which is used for picking up puffed materials from a puffed material outlet and pneumatically conveying the puffed materials to the next process and is provided with a hollow closed inner cavity, an outlet pipeline (2) which is located at the middle of the top of the shield body (1) and is in communication with the inner cavity of the shield, and at least two inlet pipelines (3) which are respectively located at the top of the shield body, are arranged so as to surround the outlet pipeline (2) and are in communication with the inner cavity of the shield, wherein the shield body (1) is internally provided with rotatable flow-dividing plates (4) which are correspond to the inlet pipelines (3), an upper partition plate (5) positioned above each flow-dividing plate (4), and a lower partition plate (6) positioned below each flow-dividing plate (4). Due to the use of an integrated shield body design, the number of connecting points on a sealing surface is greatly reduced, such that the occurrence of leakage and pollution is reduced, and in addition, the shield body, which is provided with an access door, can be conveniently and quickly entered for cleaning, template replacement and other maintenance.
