Abstract:
A cloth lint removal device for textile printing and dyeing, comprising a base. A lint removal box body is provided at the top of the base, and through material guide openings are formed in the two opposite sides of the lint removal box body; printing and dyeing cloth is provided in a manner of penetrating through the lint removal box body by means of the material guide openings; a cloth roll is rotatably provided at the top of the base on one side of the lint removal box body by means of a support; a printing and dyeing pull roll is rotatably provided at the top of the base on the other side of the lint removal box body by means of the support; a dust removal cover is provided at one end of the interior of the lint removal box body away from the cloth roll, and the dust removal cover comprises an upper dust removal cover provided above the printing and dyeing cloth and a lower dust removal cover provided below the printing and dyeing cloth; an electrostatic removal mechanism is provided at the other end of the interior of the lint removal box body, and the electrostatic removal mechanism is connected to the dust removal cover by means of a dust removal mechanism. By providing a series of structures, cloth lint removal treatment is performed before printing and dyeing, the quality of textile printing and dyeing products is improved, the difficulty in cloth lint removal is reduced, lint removal is more thorough, double-sided synchronous treatment is comprehensive and efficient, and equipment operation energy consumption and costs are reduced.
