Abstract:
A feeding device for fabric weaving, comprising a weaving box and a feeding box disposed on one side of the weaving box. A feeding opening is provided in each of the weaving box and the feeding box. A dust removal mechanism is provided inside the feeding box, a discharging roller is provided on one side of the feeding box, and a winding roller is provided at the top of the feeding box. One end of the winding roller is fixedly mounted to an output end of the winding motor by means of a coupling. A feeding partition plate is provided inside the weaving box and divides the interior of the weaving box into a lower dyeing box and an upper drying box. Several upper rollers and lower rollers are rotationally provided inside the lower dyeing box, and a feeding dehydration mechanism is provided at the end of the feeding partition plate away from the feeding box. The device is provided with a series of structures, used for continuous feeding operations of fabric dyeing and drying manufacturing; the fabric manufacturing efficiency is improved; the feeding functionality is improved; the operation cost and energy consumption are reduced; the fabric manufacturing finished product quality is improved; dust removal, cleaning, and dehydration feeding of fabrics with different thicknesses are achieved; and the device has a wider application range.
