The present invention addresses the problem of verifying more easily than in the past the coordination of clothing one has on hand with clothing one does not have on hand. The clothing image-processing device: acquires the image of a first item worn on one of multiple parts of a human body, the item being in the projection direction of a projection device; measures the position of a characteristic portion of the first item from the acquired image; determines the position of a second item on the basis of the measured position of the characteristic portion and a characteristic portion of the second item; and, on the basis of a projection target at the projection destination of the projection device and the position of the second item, adjusts the size and position of the image of the second item, the image of which is to be projected toward the projection target, and causes the projection device to project the adjusted image of the second item.
