A cloud platform-based telescopic processing method and apparatus, and a cloud platform. The method comprises: obtaining operation state information about an application (S101); when an operation state of the application satisfies a pre-set condition, determining a user-personalized telescopic procedure according to an association relationship between the application, the pre-set condition and the user-personalized telescopic procedure (S102); and acquiring at least one telescopic task in the user-personalized telescopic procedure, and executing at least one of the telescopic tasks according to an execution order in the user-personalized telescopic procedure (S103). Since the user-personalized telescopic procedure is directed at the specific application and is composed of at least one telescopic task according to an order, the user-personalized telescopic procedure can contain a plurality of telescopic tasks applicable to the application, and therefore satisfies different requirements of a complex application in a telescopic operation.
