Abstract:
The present application discloses a cloud service billing method and apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring total resources required by a first cloud service provided for a user; then, acquiring current available resources of a purchased virtual machine of the user, so that it is possible to determine a number of first application resources requiring additional applications according to a relationship between available resources and first application resources simultaneously providing cloud services to a user, which together form a relationship of total resources required by a first cloud service; then, a cost of the first cloud service can be determined can be determined according only to the number of first application resources, and in situations having identical total resources of the first cloud service, it is only necessary to bill for the number of first application resources, thereby reducing the use cost of the cloud service.
