Abstract:
A washing machine comprises: a motor for generating power; and a clutch assembly receiving the power from the motor so as to drive a rotating tub and a pulsator, wherein the clutch assembly includes: a driving shaft rotated by receiving the power from the motor; a pulsator driving part for selectively receiving the power from the driving shaft so as to rotate the pulsator; and a rotating tub driving part for selectively receiving the power from the driving shaft so as to rotate the rotating tub, and the clutch assembly is provided so as to selectively drive at least any one driving part of the rotating tub driving part and the pulsator driving part. Therefore, the washing machine enabling driving in various washing modes and spin-drying modes is implemented.
