Abstract:

A clutch mechanism and a retainer used in the clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism is formed so that many people can enjoy the operation of automobiles irrespective of the physical strengths thereof while securing the press-fitting of a friction plate to a clutch plate in the full speed range of an engine by maintaining the force of a clutch pressing mechanism part pressing the friction plate. A force at which a driver holds a clutch lever is reduced by reducing the press-fitting force of the friction plate to the clutch plate to increase an centrifugal force applied to the mass body of a centrifugal mechanism part. By utilizing the increase of the centrifugal force, a reduction in elastic load can be used to supplement the centrifugal force, and the press-fitting force for preventing a slippage between the friction plate and the clutch plate can be secured.
