Abstract:
A clutch overheating monitoring method, comprising: determining that a clutch is in a sliding grinding state; obtaining a mapping function of the duration in the sliding grinding state and a sliding grinding integral coefficient according to the mapping relation between different sliding grinding working conditions in the sliding grinding state, and the sliding grinding integral coefficient; calculating an equivalent duration of the sliding grinding state on the basis of the mapping function and the duration; and if the equivalent duration is greater than a preset time threshold, determining that the clutch is overheated. The method reduces a series of derivation problems caused by the use of a temperature sensor in clutch overheating monitoring, and prolongs the service life of the clutch. Also disclosed are a device, an engine control module, and a vehicle.
