Abstract:
This CO2 recovery/isolation device (1) comprises: a reaction vessel (10) in which a CO2-containing gas is brought into contact with an aqueous solution of an alkali metal hydroxide or an aqueous solution of an alkali earth metal hydroxide; a CO2-containing-gas supply unit (41) that supplies the CO2-containing gas into the reaction vessel; a CO2-removed-gas discharge unit (42) that discharges a CO2-removed gas, from which CO2 has been removed, from the reaction vessel; an acid supply unit (44) that supplies an acid into the reaction vessel; and a CO2 gas discharge unit (45) that discharges the CO2 gas generated within the reaction vessel.
