Abstract:
A coating agent that enables providing on a lens surface a coating of high stability free from layer peeling which might be caused by daily care. In particular, a coating agent applied onto an eye lens surface, which comprises a block copolymer comprising a hydrophobic block main chain having a hydrophilic block bonded to at least one end thereof, and wherein the hydrophobic block at its side chains has at least one functional group capable of bonding with functional groups being present on the eye lens surface.
