Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a coating composition that can form a non-adhesive coating layer that demonstrates tight adhesion to various resin base materials, excellent surface hardness, tack resistance, flex resistance, scuff resistance, shrinkage resistance, and resistance to moist heat and/or an adhesive coating layer that demonstrates excellent adherence, adhesiveness, transparency, soiling resistance, resistance to moist heat, yellow discoloration resistance, and uneveness trackability; a non-adhesive coating layer and an adhesive coating layer formed of said coating composition; and a layered body of one of a variety of kinds, a cover film, a substrate, and the like that comprise these coating layers disposed on one side or both sides of the base material. [Solution] Provided is a coating composition containing: 0.5-30.0 mass% of an acrylic polymer (A) having a branched or unbranched alkenyl group and/or a branched alkyl group having 3-20 carbon atoms on a side chain; and 70.0-99.5 mass% of a polymer compound (B).
