Abstract:
Provided is a coating composition comprising a silicon atom-containing resin and an anti-dripping agent, wherein the silicon atom-containing resin comprises a constituent unit (A) derived from a monomer (a) that has at least one type of silicon atom-containing group selected from the group consisting of groups represented by formula (I), groups represented by formula (II), groups represented by formula (III), and groups represented by formula (IV). The molecular weight of the monomer (a) is 400-2500, and the content of the anti-dripping agent is 0.7-3.6 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the silicon atom-containing resin. Also provided are a coating film formed from the coating composition, and an underwater structure and a ship having said coating film.
