Abstract:
Through the present invention, a coating film is uniformly and efficiently formed on a desired part of an object to be coated, and manufacturing time is decreased. A coating device (10) has a frame (22) mounted to the distal end of a coating robot (12), and a plurality of coating nozzles (24) are detachably mounted to the frame (22). In the coating nozzles (24), first and second positioning pins (60, 62) are provided so as to protrude to the outside of a body main body (40), the first positioning pins (60) are fitted in first pin holes (34) of a frame part (32) fixed to the frame (22), and the second positioning pins (62) are each fitted into second pin holes (38) of side plates (36a, 36b) provided on side parts of the frame (22), and the coating nozzles (24) are thereby positioned in predetermined positions with respect to the frame (22).
