Abstract:
A coating shielding jig for an earbud case and a method thereof, and an earbud case coating device. The coating shielding jig is used for shielding an earbud case, wherein the earbud case comprises a non-coating part, a part to be coated, and an opening part. The coating shielding jig comprises a shielding casing and a shielding cover, wherein the shielding casing is adapted to be covered outside the non-coating part of the earbud case; the shielding cover is adapted to cover the opening part of the earbud case, and the shielding cover is sealedly engaged with the shielding casing, wherein when the shielding casing is engaged with the shielding cover, the coating shielding jig is used for sealedly shielding the non-coating part of the earbud case and is open to expose the part to be coated of the earbud case. The earbud case coating device comprises a coating device body having a coating chamber and one or more coating shielding jigs.
