Abstract:
A coding device (100) is provided with a circuit and a memory (a2), wherein the circuit in operation: derives one or more first motion vectors on the basis of at least one of one or more motion vectors in a first block that has been coded in affine mode; derives one or more second motion vectors on the basis of at least one of one or more motion vectors in a second block different from the first block and that has been coded; and determines a plurality of motion vectors including at least one of the one or more first motion vectors and at least one of the one or more second motion vectors respectively as a plurality of predicted motion vectors for a plurality of control points in a block to be coded.
