Abstract:
This invention provides novel codrugs having covalently bound promoieties displaying angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1) antagonism and neprilysin (NEP) inhibition and processes of manufacturing thereof. The invention also includes pharmaceutical compositions and the use of such compounds and methods to treat cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension, heart failure, and kidney diseases.
