Abstract:
A coffee machine and a control method and system thereof, the coffee machine comprising: a cold storage compartment (1), a coffee brewer (2), a stirring water-injection device (3), a cup acquisition and transport device (4), a control device (5), a water pump (6), a hot water boiler (7), a coffee bean container (9) and a coffee grinder (10); the cold storage compartment (1) having cups (12) placed therein, and the cups (12) having a powder material or liquid raw material packaged therein. The control device (5) controlling the stirring water-injection device (3) to stir the powder material or liquid raw material packaged in a cup (12), and, after the stirring of the powder material or liquid raw material is complete, to inject coffee freshly ground and brewed by the coffee brewer (2), thus achieving the production of a plurality of various flavors of coffee.
