Abstract:
A preparation method for a grate bar for a sintering machine trolley. Raw materials needed for preparing a grate bar are prepared as a charge material, and then the charge material is melted to liquid at a high temperature; after purification and slag removal, under a condition that the charge material is in a complete liquid state, a pressure is applied to the charge material until the charge material is solidified and a preform is obtained; finally, the preform is blanked. The preparation method for a grate bar is short in process flow, high in production efficiency, less in dust, friendly in production environment, and good in size and mechanical property stability of the prepared grate product; moreover, zero defects inside a grate bar can be basically achieved, and the mechanical property is superior to that of a conventionally casted grate bar.
