Abstract:
[Problem] To inhibit the increase of DC resistance caused by surface-roughening of a coil component including a spiral pattern. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a first step for forming a conductor layer 10 including a spiral pattern SP1 spirally wound by a plurality of turns; a second step for performing selective surface-roughening on an upper surface 93 of the spiral pattern SP1 and an upper region 91 of a lateral surface 90 along the peripheral direction of the spiral pattern; and a third step for forming an insulating resin layer 71 for embedding therein the conductor layer 10. The first to third steps are repeatedly executed. Accordingly, since the upper surface 93 and the upper region 91 of the lateral surface 90 of the spiral pattern SP1 undergo selective surface-roughening, the increase of DC resistance caused by excessive surface-roughening of a lower region 92 of the lateral surface 90 can be inhibited.
