Abstract:
To deposit sliver (70) inside a sliver can (80), sliver conduits (10, 40, 50, 60) with which a coiler wheel (12) is equipped are configured such that the sliver (70) is fed while the sliver conduits (10, 40, 50, 60) are rotating. Circulation parts (11, 41, 61) are formed in the sides of the sliver conduits (10, 40, 50, 60) to allow circulation of air into/out of the sliver conduits (10, 40, 50, 60). Cotton fly which accumulates in the sliver conduits is prevented from adhering to the sliver (70).
