Title:
COIN PAYOUT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/102138
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a coin payout device, the components of which cannot easily be damaged when fixing coin jams. A reciprocating payout slide (7) which is driven by a drive motor (M) is provided on the lower part of a coin tube (4). A plurality of coin accommodating holes (7a-7e), each of which can accommodate a single coin which falls from the coin tube (4), are formed on the payout slide (7), and in one reciprocation step, the payout slide (7) accommodates coins in the coin accommodating holes (7a-7e) and pays out the accommodated coins. The average current supply time to the drive motor (M) required for one reciprocation of the payout slide (7) is approximately 0.7 seconds. If an operator presses a button during inventory operations, current is supplied to the drive motor (M) for 0.04 seconds. Therefore, the amount the payout slide (7) moves is extremely small in comparison to the amount the payout slide (7) moves when normal payout takes place.
