Abstract:
A coke oven positive pressure heating system and a temperature control method. The method comprises: taking the pressure in the main heating gas pipeline as the object to be controlled, automatically calculating and regulating in real time the openness of a main heating gas pipeline electric regulating valve (2) according to the deviation between an actual pressure and a target pressure as well as the rate of change of deviation, so as to ensure the stability of heating gas pressure throughout the heating process; with respect to control of a positive pressure heating device (5), introducing a feedback value of the openness of a branch heating gas pipeline regulating valve into a control loop to allow for cascade regulation, wherein a main loop is for controlling the coke oven heating temperature and a secondary loop is for controlling the openness of said regulating valve; with respect to control of the openness of said regulating valve, adding control of the default openness of said regulating valve in order to eliminate backlash, thereby overcoming the effect caused by the backlash of said regulating valve in the coke oven positive pressure heating device, accurately controlling the heating temperature, and improving the accuracy of automatic temperature control of the positive pressure heating system.
