Abstract:
The present application relates to a voice guarantee method and apparatus and an access network device cluster system; the voice guarantee method comprises the following steps: receiving a voice encoding data packet transmitted by a calling device, and performing tunnel information group removal on the voice encoding data packet to obtain a first intermediate message on a called side, the voice encoding data packet being obtained by a voice message sequentially undergoing FEC encoding, message group information addition and tunnel information group addition by the calling device; reading and removing the message group information in the first intermediate message on the called side to obtain a second intermediate message on the called side; and according to the message group information, performing FEC decoding on the second intermediate message on the called side to obtain the voice message. The present application may provide a relatively reliable guarantee for the transmission of voice messages between access network devices without compromising the instantaneity of voice calls. The quality of voice transmission is thus improved, while the rate of packet loss is reduced.
