Abstract:
A cold-insulation vessel having a cooling fin, according to the present invention, comprises: a vessel body for accommodating a cooling liquid therein; an injection pipe connected to one side of the vessel body to inject the cooling liquid; a stopper for sealing an entrance of the injection pipe; and a plurality of cooling fins insert-coupled to the vessel body at a constant interval, wherein the cooling fins comprises a wing part which is formed in a plate shape and exposed to the outside of the vessel body and a support part which is formed to be bent at the wing part so as to contact the outer surface of the vessel body. A volatile organic compound recovery apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a cooling device configured to the cool the cooling liquid; an inlet pipe which is connected to a vent pipe connected to an oil storage tank of a gas station so as to allow an inflow of an air containing a volatile organic compound into an internal chamber of the cooling device; an outlet pipe for discharging the air which has been cooled while passing through the internal chamber of the cooling device and from which the volatile organic compound has been separated; a storage tank for storing the volatile organic compound which has been separated from the air; the cold-insulation vessel disposed in the internal room of the cooling device and having the cooling fins which store the cooling liquid therein; and a valve system for controlling the opening/closing of the inlet pipe.
