Abstract:

A steel sheet which has a chemical composition, in mass %: C: 0.0001 to 20 %, Si: 2.0 % or less, Mn: 3.0 % or less, P: 0.15 % or less, S: 0.015 % or less, Al: 0.10 % or less, N: 0.001 to 0.10 %, Cr: 2.5 % or less, Mo: 1.0 % or less, V: 0.1 % or less and balance: Fe and inevitable impurities, provided that it contains Al and N so as to satisfy the formula 0.52Al/N < 5 and that it contains one or more of Cr, Mo and V so as to satisfy the above contents and also satisfy the formula (Cr + 3.5Mo + 39 V) $m(G) 0.1, and which exhibits BH170 of 45 Mpa or more wherein a steel sheet having been heat-treated at 170 ° for 20 minutes after tensile deformation of 2 % is evaluated, and both of BH160 and BH150 of 35 Mpa or more wherein evaluation is carried out for steel sheets having been heat-treated at 160 ° and 150 °, respectively, for 10 minutes after tensile deformation of 2 %, and exhibits a yield point elongation of 0.6 % or less in a tensile test after it is heat-treated at 100 ° for 1 hour. The steel sheet has good bake hardenability and also good resistance to aging at an ordinary temperature.
